My name is Tony Stoychev. I’ve been a real estate investor since 2013 and a real estate broker since 2016. I specialize in residential properties on the northwest side of Chicago as well as the west and northwest suburbs. I’ve also handled transactions elsewhere in the Chicagoland area and hope to do so again in the future.

I am a family man with a lovely wife and two wonderful children. I like to play sports – soccer, skiing, ping pong, and tennis are among my favorites. However, real estate is my most consuming passion. As a professional, assisting clients and friends with their real estate needs is not only a matter of pride, it is a delight! I find it continually rewarding to help a first-time home buyer purchase the home of their dreams. And of course working with repeat buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants, it’s all equally gratifying.

Buying and selling real estate can often be stressful and demanding, so my primary role is to educate my clients about the process. People need to know what to expect so I prepare them for what’s next, proactively attending to details in order to avoid problems. I bring experience and expertise to the table, paving the way for a smooth transaction.

The key to a successful outcome is communication, for this is a two-way street; both parties need to participate in order to accomplish a common goal. To help them remain informed, my clients receive updates continually. Furthermore, we discuss what will satisfy them and then work toward that end. I listen closely to their needs and wants, working relentlessly to fulfill their wishes. This is the service I strive to provide.
